Cancellation Policy

Party Reservation & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and secure your party date, time, package, and party space. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the party. The deposit is not refundable if the party is cancelled. However, the deposit may be transferred and applied toward one future party date, subject to availability and the terms of the party booking policy. A new party date must be scheduled within 6 months of the original party date unless otherwise approved by management. The deposit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded to the original payment method, or transferred to another person without management approval. The deposit secures the specific date and time selected and prevents Joyous Jungle from making that reservation available to another customer. For Ultimate and Deluxe Party Packages, 50% of the remaining package balance is due 14 days before the scheduled party date. This payment becomes non-refundable once paid. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. If you need to cancel or change your party date, please contact Joyous Jungle as soon as possible. Cancellation more that 14 days before the party can be handled by the host. After 14 days, requires manager approval. Because preparations, staffing, food, supplies, and special-order items may already have been committed, payments are non-refundable. Joyous Jungle may, at management's discretion, allow the party to be rescheduled and transfer eligible payments toward one future date. Any costs already incurred for non-transferable or non-refundable items remain the responsibility of the Host. By booking this party you understand you will receive a more detail booking policy and you agree you will adhere to items that govern your party package.
